	TIMOTHY D. KNOWLES IMS’s Managing Director, Knowles is an American citizen. A graduate of both Yale University (B. A. History, 1976) and the Yale School of Management (M. B. A., 1982), Knowles is a former real estate financier and investment banker, with nearly ten years experience in international business in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam and Korea. He served for five years as President of Capital South Corporation, a South Carolina-based $100 million diversified financial services company and for two years as Vice President of Winthrop University (a 5,000-student, state university in South Carolina), and possesses over six years experience in immigration consulting. Mr. Knowles is primarily based in Spokane, Washington, and directs and coordinates IMS worldwide operations. GLORIA KIM KNOWLES IMS’s Director, Gloria Kim Knowles, is a Korean citizen. A graduate of Duksung Women's University (B. A. English Literature, 1986), and an immigration consultant since 1986, she was employed by several Korean and Canadian immigration firms and served as a private banking officer for the Bank of Montreal from 1989-91, prior to opening her own firm, New Horizon Consulting, Ltd. in 1991.
