IMS’s primary corporate counsel in the United States, Rodney Jenkins is an attorney and member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association since 1992. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Eastern District of Washington Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Spokane County Bar Association. Mr. Jenkins limits his practice to the field of immigration law, regularly attending topic-specific immigration law seminars and using the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s extensive research database. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 1990. Before specializing in immigration law and associating with IMS, Mr. Jenkins gained experience in criminal and civil law with two Spokane, Washington law firms. He was a professional airline pilot for over 20 years before becoming an attorney.
